A historic theater in Denver that has been empty for decades will reopen under a new owner. The Oriental Theater announced that it has been working to renovate the Federal Theatre, at 3830 N. Federal Blvd., since January 2024 and turn it into a live entertainment venue. The building is currently scheduled to reopen in September.
