A man has been identified after he was shot on the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) campus Wednesday evening. The Weld County Coroner's Office has identified Theodore Lee Rybus, 41, as the man involved in an officer-involved shooting near the Garden Theatre on the UNC campus.
