The swim area at Aurora Reservoir is closed due to elevated bacteria levels as we head into a stretch of warm weather where temperatures could reach 100 degrees.
The city posted on its website about the closure on Wednesday morning. While the swimming area is closed, the kayaking, paddle boarding and boating section of the reservoir is still open to the public
