Greenwood police are investigating the deaths of a pregnant mother and her 3-year-old son found in their home Monday, Aug. 4, as homicides, police chief James Ison told 13News Wednesday. Ison said he would not be releasing the findings of the autopsies right now, but police were now treating this as a homicide investigation. "Detectives are working diligently to find who's responsible for this heinous act and bring them to justice," Ison said, adding that he would not get into the specifics "to preserve the integrity of this investigation."
