Police say that when they called an Indiana father to report his son had died in a fire, he told them to "arrest her." He was referring to his wife, Kirstin Bowers, who was supposed to be watching the children at the time of the fire on the afternoon of June 5 in Arlington, around seven miles northwest of Rushville.
