Description
A Rush County mother is facing charges after her 7-year-old son died in a fire on June 5.
On July 28, Kirstin Bowers was charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death and three counts of neglect of a dependent.
Her son, David Bowers Jr., died after their home caught fire in the town of Arlington.
