Pastor James Carroll, of Greater Shepherd Missionary Baptist Church on the east side of Indianapolis, says he's over people illegally using the church dumpster to get rid of their own garbage. "This is light compared to other times when we come out here. This is light. There'll be times when we come out here and there's so much stuff you can't get around the dumpster," Carroll said. Carroll said the church got the dumpster about two years ago, and it's been a headache ever since. "Even when both lids are locked on the dumpster, they don't even put it in the dumpster they just throw it to the side," Carroll said.
