This week on Send the Love, we're putting the spotlight on Alliance for Responsible Pet Ownership. The foster-based animal rescue wants to reduce the number of pets entering shelters by providing safe, loving foster homes for cats and dogs until they find "forever homes." Many of the dogs and puppies that come to this small nonprofit need medical care, and many of the cats and kittens require medication and surgery.
