The family of man fatally shot by an Aurora Police officer earlier this year is now suing the officer as they maintain he was unarmed and posed "no serious threat" and that the officer failed to render any aid for several minutes after the shooting. Rashaud Johnson, 32, was shot on May 12 at The Parking Spot near Denver International Airport after officers responded there for a report of a suspicious person.
