Security footage captured the moment Napoli's, a historical Italian restaurant in Corsicana, goes up in flames. Police say the man in the video is 43-year-old Salvador Sandoval. Sandoval has been arrested and charged with arson with intent to damage a habitat or place of worship, a first-degree felony, per Navarro County jail records. Three people living in apartments above the restaurant have been displaced.
