A pregnant mother said she's terrified every time she drives through a four-way intersection north of Brookshire and is urging state officials to act before someone is killed. Brittany King said the junction where FM 529 meets FM 362 has long been dangerous -- a blind curve and heavy vegetation make it difficult to see oncoming traffic. The intersection also sits on a primary route used by families heading to Dewberry Farms for fall events and holiday activities, she said.
