Over two nights, KHOU 11 photojournalists got video of pedicab operators running red lights with passengers on board, going the wrong way and illegally cutting through parking lots.
KHOU 11 Investigates looked at how pedicab operators in Houston are flouting traffic laws, endangering passengers and drivers, and prompting calls for increased oversight.
