Description
The Oregon Health Authority on Tuesday lifted a recreational use health advisory for Ross Island Lagoon and the Willamette River, south of the lagoon downriver to Wapato Bridge and Kelley Point Park. OHA issued the advisory on Aug. 12 due to a toxic algae bloom.
