An Indianapolis woman has been charged with murder after a shooting on the city's east side. IMPD officers responded to the 9500 block of East 37th Place, near East 38th Street and North Post Road, around 7 p.m. Sept. 4 on a report of a crash with injury. The officers found a man, later identified as 24-year-old Ronnie Elijah Ameen, who was suffering from traumatic injuries when they arrived on the scene.
