Neighbors on Indy's northeast side say they're fed up with speeding and reckless driving on their quiet street. Westbourne Drive is just east of Binford Boulevard, between 42nd and 46th streets. Aline Joyce has lived there with her husband for 21 years. "This used to be such a quiet neighborhood," said Miss Joyce, as she's known. Now, though, things are different. "If you stayed on this street, you would understand how we feel," said Joyce. She reports witnessing speeding and property damage due to reckless driving. Other neighbors on her street say they've seen it too.
