A road rage shooting on Interstate 465 in Indianapolis has landed a teen in jail after a search warrant uncovered drugs and destructive devices inside his home. Logan Quisenberry, 19, of Indianapolis, is facing charges of pointing a firearm, criminal recklessness and possession of a destructive device. He is also facing drug dealing charges. The incident happened around 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21 along northbound I-465, near I-69. Indiana State Police said no one was injured in the shooting. According to court documents, callers reported a motorcyclist, later identified by police as Quisenberry, pointed his gun at other cars and at some point, fired the gun several times.
