Description
Wednesday morning, Sept. 10, the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) announced it was recommending a denial of AES Indiana's rate request.
Eleven OUCC witnesses filed testimony with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on Tuesday.
According to OUCC, its evidence shows that a $21.2 million reduction to current base rates "is warranted instead."
