IMPD is investigating after two 20-year-olds were shot early Wednesday morning on Indianapolis' far east side. A spokesperson for IMPD said just before 2:30 a.m. Sept. 3, officers responded to a report of two people shot in the 800 block of Belhaven Place, near 10th Street and North Mitthoefer Road and just east of Washington Square Mall.
