Officials are asking drivers to be cautious on Indy's northwest side after a water main break in the road. Around 3 a.m. Aug. 29, water was reported to be rushing out of the ground near 38th Street and Georgetown Road. Citizens Energy Group confirmed a 16-inch water main broke at that location and said crews are actively working to close valves around the area to isolate the break and stop it.
