On Monday, the Indianapolis Public Library West Perry branch turned into a hearing room as the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission heard from frustrated AES Indiana customers on why they're rejecting the power company's proposed rate increase.
It's the first time customers got a chance to vent about the proposal ever since AES filed paperwork with the IURC in June.
