Description
A child died Sunday evening after they were found in a pond at a northeast Indianapolis apartment complex.
IMPD officers received a report of a missing child, later identified as 3-year-old Kamauri Williams, on Wyckfield Way in the Avalon Lakes Apartments, near Binford Boulevard and Graham Road, shortly before 7 p.m. Aug. 17.
