IMPD officers are investigating a report of an attempted rape on the Monon Trail early Thursday morning on Indianapolis' near northeast side. Around 5:45 a.m. Aug. 14, IMPD North District officers responded to a report of an attempted rape in the Sutherland Avenue area of the Monon Trail, near Dr. Andrew J.
