Labor Day is the first holiday where passengers will be directed to the East and West checkpoints unless otherwise directed. DIA said its South PreCheck lanes will remain open intermittently based on needs through Sept. 2. All equipment at the South Security Checkpoint will remain in place through Sept. 2 in the event that the checkpoint needs to be reactivated.
