A man is dead after a Tuesday morning crash in Aurora. Just before 5 a.m., Aurora Police Department patrol officers responded to a report of a crash involving a pedestrian with injuries at the intersection of East 6th Avenue and Potomac Street, according to APD. Investigators determined a Ford F-150 was driving east on East 6th Avenue when it struck a 70-year-old man who was crossing 6th Ave. going north to south, according to the media release. The man sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital, where he later died, APD said.
