Near the corner of Harmony and Constance, even heavy-duty trucks can't glide through the stretch without rattling sounds that make drivers instinctively grip their steering wheels. It's not just uncomfortable, it's causing real damage.
“The number of people that we hear their cars bottoming out and the number of car parts we see the following morning are pretty terrible. People lose parts of their bumper," said one resident.
