The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is tracking two spots in the Atlantic Ocean for possible development. One area (Invest 96) is in the central Atlantic Ocean. It is struggling to develop due to dry air in its surroundings. Invest 96 looks to make a turn northward, and will move into the open ocean and pose no threat to any land areas.
