Leo Enrico Casale was a Chicago nightclub operator involved in a point-fixing scandal involving the Seattle University basketball team in 1965.
He was 24 years old at the time and was charged with bribing Seattle University players to fix the point-spread in a game between Seattle U. and the University of Idaho on January 22, 1965. Casale was arrested and appeared in federal court in Seattle in August 1965.
He was found guilty by a federal court jury on the charge of trying to fix the game. The incident resulted in the expulsion of three Seattle players from the team
