Bringing an end to the war in Ukraine "depends on no one other than Putin," says German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul. "He started this war, and he must now bring it to an end." Made during a press conference alongside his Jordanian counterpart, Wadephul's comments come after a wave of overnight Russian strikes on Kyiv in which at least seven people were killed, according to Ukrainian authorities.
