Investigators work on the scene of a car blast that killed a driver in the city of Balashikha, east of the Russian capital, Moscow. The Russian Investigative Committee says that the explosive device detonated at approximately 5:30 am while the BMW was travelling near an apartment building. Investigators have not yet revealed the victim’s identity.
