 [Notes:DARCI] {***DARCI***} 12        Tonight News19 has learned that State Representative Bakari Sellers's DUI arrest last year is not his only traffic violation. [TAKE VO] {***VO***}      Back in October Sellers was pulled over for DUI on Eye-77 in Chester County.       He was heading to charlotte after the u-s-c georgia football game that had been hours earlier.      He told the a-p that since he refused a breathalyzer test....his license was automatically suspended for 6 months.      Sellers says he had a provisional license that allowed him to drive to work until his license was fully reinstated last month.      He has requested a jury trial on that charge.      Sellers was previously given speeding tickets for going 10 miles over the speed limit in February and July of last year.          He was also involved in a car wreck in october of 2011.      Charges in that wreck were dismissed.
