thursday a 10 person investigative house committee will again take up the topic of the state's department of revenue hacking...representative bakari sellers says he wants to know more about the state's spending in response to the breach.

but Sellers says he's not just interested in the DOR hacking.. He also has questions about what the state department of employment calls a defacement of it's website.
About two weeks ago - a News19 viewer tipped us off - after someone posted a message on DEW's site saying it had been hacked.
Sellers says he's not confident with the agency's response that nothing was compromised.

sellers says they'll have to do their own research and ask questions in addition to using the information they receive to work toward creating a piece of legislation to prevent hackings from continuing to plague the state.
