Incredibly rare footage filmed inside the eye of Hurricane Michael looking towards the East South East on Highway 98, about 4 miles west of Mexico Beach, FL as the eye of the hurricane passes over and the winds pick up. You can see what is called the "Stadium Effect" from inside the hurricane as the clouds rotate around the center of the storm. Camera shake due to the winds starting to pick up. Filmed just as the second half of the storm was about to destroy the area. Within 2 minutes of filming this the area was once again in 100+ mile per hour winds.
