The popular bayside town of Annapolis Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay beyond is all but devoid of any signs of life or traffic on the first full day of Maryland’s stay-at-home order, Tuesday March 31, 2020. The stay-at-home order issued by the Governor of Maryland due to the COVID-19 (Corona virus) outbreak required all non-essential businesses to close and limited the public to trips to the grocery store or for medical reasons.
