Description
1960: SPOTLIGHT OF HISTORY CONTINUES AT U.N.: The dramatic march of events continues at the historic session of the General Assembly. Cuba's Fidel Castro leaves for home, but on the same day, President Sukarno of Indonesia and King Hussein of Jordan arrive to keep up the amazing roster of major world figures assembled in New York. At U.N. headquarters, the speech of Prime Minister MacMillan is interrupted by unprecedented outbursts of bad temper by Khrushchev that shocks nearly every delegate present.
