French food icon Bocuse opens New York restaurant French chef Paul Bocuse, an icon of culinary tradition, was feted on Friday at the inauguration of a restaurant in his name at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). The restaurant will serve up contemporary French fare including some of Bocuse's most famous recipes from his cookbooks and restaurants. Bocuse, now 87, was named Chef of the Century by the CIA in 2011.
