UN in Rio commemorates tenth anniversary of Iraq bombing The United Nations in Rio on Monday commemorated the tenth anniversary of an attack in Baghdad that killed 22 people, including the UN secretary general's special representative to Iraq, Sergio Vieira de Mello. The Brazilian diplomat's former partner accused the UN of failing to properly investigate the truck bombing in that destroyed its mission in Baghdad and left 200 people injured.
