Iran's Rouhani comments on the nuclear negotiations on twitter With nuclear talks due to resume in Geneva this week, Iran President Hassan Rouhani took to his twitter page to comment on the last round of talks which yielded no agreement. Rouhani also commented on his recent phone call with Putin on Monday, where it was reported that Putin told the Iranian leader that there was "a real chance" of finding a solution to the decade-old nuclear stand-off between Iran and the West.
