Brazil has to “accelerate” work on Sao Paulo stadium In an interview with AFP, Brazil’s vice minister of sports Luis Fernandes said the country will have to accelerate the work on the Sao Paulo stadium for it to be ready to receive the opening match of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
