Yemenis tour abadandonned house of prominent Islamist leader President Abdrabuh Mansur Hadi warned Tuesday of "civil war" in Sunni-majority Yemen, vowing to restore state authority, as Shiite rebels cried victory over their apparent seizure of much of the capital.
