Palestinians, police clash at Jerusalem flashpoint Palestinians blocked from entering the al-Aqsa Mosque compound, Islam's third most holy site, clashed with Israeli security forces on Monday during a protest against Jews entering the compound for the week-long Jewish holiday of Sukkot, or Feast of Tabernacles in Jerusalem.
