Description
Returning to life in the DR Congo as an Ebola survivor Beating Ebola is possible. Half of the fourteen people admitted to the clinic in Lokolia, a north west city in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, have survived the disease. Among them is 58-year-old Marie Boongo Songo who has lost eight children to the virus. She now works at the Ebola treatment clinic, taking care of children who are infected or whose parents are infected because she is now immune to the disease. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES.
