Cecilia Bartoli launches 'St Petersburg' album Italian diva Cecilia launches a new album, 'St Petersburg', with music written by mostly Italian composers a the court of the Russian city in the 18th century. Bartoli found the scores, which had never been recorded before, in Russian archives. The recording is also a tribute to Russian empresses Anna, Elisabeth and Catherine, patrons of the arts.
