New charges against Turkish sociologist granted asylum in France The trial of Turkish sociologist Pinar Selek, currently a refugee in France after being prosecuted in Turkey for her alleged involvement in an attack in Istanbul, has been pushed back to Friday December 19th in accordance with a request from her defence team.
