HRW highlights rise of institutionnalised homophobia in Africa Human Rights Watch published on Thursday its annual report on human rights in the world. Presenting the Africa focus of report in Johannesburg, the NGO highlighted civil and political rights violations across the continent, as well as the rise of homophobia in governements and in the street.
