S.Africa opposition plans court action over President's home South Africa's official opposition said Tuesday it would take President Jacob Zuma to court to force him to pay back some of a $24 million security upgrade to his private residence - an upgrade that included a swimming pool and an amphitheatre. Zuma said last week he "never took a penny" and would not pay back the money until told to "by those authorised to do so". But the Democratic Alliance has other plans.
