Raymond Blanc has recipe to halt French cuisine's decline France's gastronomy was included in UNESCO's World Heritage list in 2010. But with other cuisines on the rise, France is worried that someone might steal their crown, so the Foreign Ministry is organising an international day to celebrate thier food.
