New Uruguay commission to look into dictatorship crimes Uruguay's left-wing president-elect Tabare Vazquez announced Friday the creation of a new Truth and Justice Commission that will look into Human Rights violations and the disappearance of regime dissidents during the military dictatorship (1973-1985).
