DRC: New, improved robots controlling Kinshasa's traffic Drivers in the streets of Kinshasa have to look out for new, improved traffic robots. Since 2013, two large robots have been surveying traffic in the DRC capital, capturing images of the traffic around them in real time, and sending them on to the police who use the footage to monitor infractions.
