'Serious concerns' in some EU states about Greek commitments: Ne Several EU governments still have "serious concerns" about the Greeks' commitment to reforms and their ability to implement them, a Dutch minister said Saturday as his eurozone counterparts studied Athens' last-ditch bailout plan.
