Palestinians show support for vote to expel Israel from FIFA Palestinians demonstrate in support of a vote during Friday's FIFA congress to expell Israel from the world's football governing body. The Palestinian federation wants FIFA to expel the Israeli federation over its alleged complicity in the army imposed restrictions on the movement of Palestinian players. The Palestinians also oppose the participation in the Israeli championships of five clubs located in Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank.
